Family vacation, weekend getaway, or a trip with your girlfriends? This luxury townhouse offers the ideal backdrop for a unique vacation with your loved ones in the most exclusive part of the city. Situated in the city center along a quiet private road, this vacation home provides both relaxation as well as quick access to the bustle of the city. The newly renovated and luxuriously decorated townhouse features a unique view of the Hohensalzburg Fortress, a large backyard, and ample space across its four floors, as well as a private parking space on the property.

Description

Ground Floor

The ground floor has a bright bedroom, a lounge room with a flatscreen TV, as well as a large modern bathroom with a rain shower and separate WC. It has a direct access to the spacious backyard, and leads to the first floor via a spiral staircase.

First Floor

The first floor hosts both the main entrance and living area of the townhouse. The heart of the home is most certainly the modern kitchen, equipped with everything you could need for your vacation (dish washer, microwave, coffee- and tea maker, electric stove and oven). The adjoining dining area boasts a large dining table that can sit up to 16 people, making it the perfect place for big gatherings and long conversations. Spend your evenings in front of the flatscreen TV on our comfortable sofa, or diving into a good book in our reading room, while the kids get the last wiggles out in the play room. The bathroom, which includes a rain shower, is separate from the WC - an ideal set-up for stress-free vacation times.

Second Floor

The spacious master bedroom is flooded with light, has a comfortable lounge area with a flatscreen TV and is the absolute highlight of the second floor. In addition, there are two more comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with a rain shower, as well as a separate WC. The floor also has the most charming city balcony with a magnificent view of the Hohensalzburg Fortress.

Third Floor

The third floor offers a lot of room for privacy and is the perfect place to retreat to after spending time with friends and relatives. Two comfortable bedrooms, a beautiful living room with a flatscreen TV, a modern bathroom with a bath tub, shower, and WC. In addition, a small modern kitchen with a coffee- and tea maker, microwave, and washing machine are the ideal spot for a morning brew or late night slice. A little dining area provides just the right space for tired kids to grab a bite before heading off to bed, or to enjoy a quiet breakfast off the hustle and bustle of the main kitchen area. This floor also boasts a charming city balcony, which will make your morning coffee experience that much better with its stunning views of the Hohensalzburg Fortress.

Yard

Properties with large backyards in the middle of the city are few and far between, and make this townhouse a one-of-a-kind vacation home. The old trees provide ample shade, and several different seating areas are the ideal hangout spots for long chats, a quick bite to eat, or to retreat to with a great book. When the weather is nice, the kids can have fun on the swing and carrousel, while you enjoy cooking in our outside barbecue area. Another added perk are the 5 private parking spaces that the property offers for its guests.

Location

The townhouse is situated in one of the most exclusive areas of Salzburg. The Nonntal area in the south of Salzburg boasts a clear view of the Hohensalzburg Fortress, and is known for its many parks and green spaces, authentic shops and restaurants, and overall charming flair. The city center of Salzburg is within walking distance, offering popular spots to visit like the Getreidegasse, Mozart’s birthplace, or the festival opera house. Should you prefer to make use of the public transport system, a bus stop is right around the corner of your home. Whether you want to go for a run, or take out your dog for a stroll, the prime location of our townhouse makes it the ideal starting point for a relaxing time in nature.
